I have been so busy writing about fun things to do with bunnies and pillowcases and taking photos of spring blossom that I have not been telling you the news, so here is some of it.
New new things
I have been busy again which means new vintage button and felt flower brooches, new bunny-tastic notebooks and some super-kawaii fabric badge sets are now in the shop. Hurrah!
New old things
We are desperately awaiting the new online store they call Merulapie, run by the lovely Catherine of our Glasgow Craft Mafia. She has been selling an amazing selection of prints, stationery and handcrafted delights by herself and the cream of indie crafters (and me) but so far only at local craft markets. Since the online version is taking a little longer than expected, Catherine has returned to me my wares for now which I have put back in the shop. This means some old favourites are back for one last dance. Have a browse in the New collection, though there’s actually more than will fit in there!
New cheap things
Having so much shop stock means some things have been cruelly relegated to the Bargain Corner. It bad news for them but great news for you! Remember, you also get free UK shipping on Bargain Corner items (international shoppers, I will probably take pity on you and sneak in a treat or two).
I am off Up North on Saturday to see as much of my family as possible in a week, and celebrate my birthday (Tuesday 25th, thanks for asking!). It really has been far too long, thanks to the meagre holiday allowance of my previous job. I will be bringing my laptop but I won’t be able to post out any orders until the 29th. There will no doubt be some kind of discount on offer during this period to ease the pain of waiting for your order. Watch this space for further details.
The GCM Spring Market at the weekend was fun – nice to see some new folks like Moose and Bear, Natalie Farrell and Gorjuss. Sadly I had to keep my purse firmly in my pocket but I hope to see them again soon. There are also Mafia markets in April, at Mono on the 13th and back at Hillhead Library on the 26th. I will be at the Mono one.
