Kawaii Fabric Notebooks

Well, kind of. Here is some news!

<> Further to my evangelising on the greatness of Shopify, they just added an awesome new shipping feature. From now on all orders in my shop that total £20 or more now get free shipping anywhere in the world! You don’t need to enter a code or anything, just shop away and your free shipping will be there in the checkout.

<> There are a few new things in the shop – the fabric notebooks above and some cute matching badge sets with happy clouds and fun bunnies. There’s a couple of new things in my Etsy shop as well – have a look!

<> As mentioned previously, I’m off for a wee holiday as of Monday. There will be free gifts with orders placed in my absence and also a GIVEAWAY here on the blog to keep you occupied. Make sure you check back next week for all the info. There will also be a new edition of the newsletter going out so go sign up using the form in the right sidebar if you want to receive it.

<> In case you were wondering, I have been listening to your votes as to what you’d like to see more of on here. I’ve got a few more interesting Japan and Tokyo posts lined up, and when I get back I will be starting on some Photoshop tips and tricks. If there’s anything Photoshop-related you’d like some help with, feel free to suggest a topic for me and I’ll see what I can do.

<> Tomorrow I will be doing some last minute gocco printing for Made in the Shade which takes place a mere two days after I return. I hope you’ve all got it marked in your diaries! I’ll hopefully have time to blog some photos of the results before I go.

<> Finally, as a resident of Glasgow I am unable to leave the house at any time without some kind of rain protection as a day without rain in Glasgow is a very rare day indeed. I have a plain little hooded anorak that rolls up into my bag but it is getting kind of dull so this week I brightened it up with one of my Rilakkuma iron-on appliques I got in Okadaya in Tokyo. Now look at me – how awesome am I? Took all of 3 minutes to do as well.
