Here’s a look back at all my craft projects from 2024 and what I’m planning to make in 2025.

Unfortunately, I had a really bad year personally and didn’t have much motivation for crafting, plus I had some issues with my glasses that made it difficult to do detailed work.

I did start the year off well by completing the Woodland Wonders Felt Flower Garland I got for Christmas and it has cheered up my mantelpiece all year round. I even made a few extra flowers as gifts since you can keep using all the template pieces.

I also made 2 more miniature kits, starting with this Rolife DIY Miniature House Kit. This turned out to have many of the same issues as my very customised Super Cute Kawaii Bedroom Office but was at least a much smaller project and I had fun with it.

Rolife then offered me a Music Dreamer Christmas Melody Tree kit to make. It’s a DIY puzzle kit made of wood and much less fiddly to build, It was still quite tricky though, with clockwork, electrics, lights and music. I really enjoyed it and loved having it on display for Christmas. It’s still up there as I don’t know how to store it safely!

I also made a couple of things for Christmas gifts but it was very last minute.
2025 Craft Plans

The only one of my craft goals I achieved was to go through my craft box/pattern folder and make a list of All My Unfinished Craft Projects. So that is kind of my craft goal this year, along with making Christmas gifts again (earlier!) and just trying to enjoy making things again.
