GUGNACS Zine Workshop

GU Zine Workshop GU Zine Workshop

I had to rush back from my holiday earlier than I would have liked because I was booked to do a zine workshop with the Glasgow University Graphic Novel & Comic Society as part of the Freshers Fair. 8 people turned up to make some zines and we all had a lot of fun. Since everyone was already keen comic readers, we each made a comic zine from a sheet of A4.

I even joined in and made a little zine about Angel Bunny. Don’t worry, it has a happy ending! I might do it properly and put up a free version for you all to read. You can see pics of most of the zines on Facebook – if you can’t live with not knowing what happens to Glue Man, Poppy the Cat and friends then I suggest you harangue the authors via the GUGNACS Facebook page and maybe they’ll product a finished zine.

And don’t forget, you can still join in my Zine Challenge. You’ve still got eight months left to meet the deadline!
