Father’s Day Paper Cutting

planet card

Since I made paper cut cards for my mum and granny recently, I thought I should make my dad one for Father’s Day.  I ended up going with Planet Dad and his two daughter moons and it turned out pretty cute. This would be pretty easy to recreate by hand too. Just cut out the circles and draw on faces and rings by hand,

For some reason, I don’t own any pens that write on dark colours (adds to shopping list for next Glasgow trip) so I cut a piece for the inside too.

Paper cutting experiments on my desk

I’m not sure the tax man would be impressed by how much I use my paper cutting machine for personal projects, but all these experiments are really helpful in developing products and I cut a bunch of other stuff too that will hopefully be up for sale this summer. Watch this space!
