Vintage Felt Flower Brooches

brooches2.jpg

A new batch of vintage button brooches always makes me happy. I really enjoy picking out the perfect colours of felt and thread to show off an amazing button and then seeing them all laid out together.  Most of these are now in the shop ready to brighten up the lapel of your favourite autumn coat. The brown brooch in the middle is so autumnal that I can’t bear to part with it. This is always the hardest thing about selling my crafts – watching the ones I love disappearing off, never to be seen again. But hopefully their new owners love them as much as I do.

As always, these are one of kind buttons from charity shops, car boot sales and my aunt’s button jar so once they’re gone, they’re gone!
