Christmas Decorations

christmas decorations

I  already posted about my decorations in 2015 and 2014 but I have a few new additions and I arranged things a little differently so let’s do it again! I took over my entire sewing storage table this year so I could spread it all out and have room for cards as they arrive. It makes the room feel so cosy in the evenings.

Christmas tree

Most of my decorations are the same – a mix of Japan purchases, gifts and handmade pieces. I found these glittery Christmas puddings in Sainsburys this year – they’re supposed to be earrings but they hook on to the tree perfectly!

Snowman tin

I spotted this adorable snowman shortbread tin last Christmas and had my mum keep an eye on it until it went on sale. The bottom is curved so it wobbles around.

Christmas mantelpiece

I changed things up a bit on my mantelpiece too – lots of old favourites there.

Christmas 'Chu

And it wouldn’t be  Christmas without the Christmas ‘Chu! This is the first Christmas in a long time that I’m actually playing Pokemon as I’ve got Moon and a new 3DS. I haven’t got very far yet so I’m looking forward to having some time off to play.
