Looking Back on March Meet The Maker

packaging

I managed to complete March Meet The Maker without missing any days at all! I’m mostly happy with what I came up with – there were a few days where I reused photos rather than taking something new but also many days where I took photos of things I had been meaning to share for ages or that I wouldn’t normally share.

Day 22 of #meetthemaker is Close up.

I don’t really pay attention to my stats on Instagram but it did feel like some new people found me and there was definitely a bit more interaction than usual. It’s worth doing a challenge like this for those reasons and also to get into a habit of taking more photos and sharing more behind the scenes stuff. I’ll be making more of an effort to do so in future.

Day 20 of #meetthemaker is Sketchbook. I keep notes, ideas and doodles all over the place but my iPad is the most photogenic! I'm still having fun playing with different brushes and techniques to find out what works best for me.

The only downside of Instagram challenges is that there’s no easy way to look back on all the posts, unless you come up with your own personal hashtags for everything. With that in mind, I also posted my photos on li.st to have longer lasting version. Go check it out if you missed any of mine. I’ll leave you with my favourite post: my first Procreate video!
