Here’s a look at what I’ve been buying lately.
I love my Christmas Catmas Tree pin by The Pink Samurai so obviously I had to get the black glitter Halloween version. It’s so big and sparkly! I have even been wearing it outside and it’s definitely coming to Japan.
Speaking of Japan, I have been picking up some new bits for my wardrobe including this great kawaii haul at Primark. I’m embarrassed to say it’s taken me 2 years to realise that if Primark stopped making the cropped pyjamas I like, I could buy full length ones and crop them myself.
I also bought a portable keyboard for my iPad so that I can update my Patreon every day from Japan. It’s a lot faster than the on-screen keyboard. (Yes, I am still obsessed with Amaziograph – they added layers!)
Re-ment miniatures are hard for me to resist, even more so when they involve Sumikko Gurashi. I was pleased with my set since it has my favourite dustball, though I would have liked any of them really.
Also hard to resist: pretty books! I’m a sucker for collector’s editions of books I love, especially if I only ever bought the ebook. This fancy Six of Crows has red foil embossing, red page edges and some amazing illustrations.
The worst part of living in this part of Scotland is the major lack of Halloween stuff. I’ve even been to Glasgow and Dumbarton and all I got were those Pusheen socks. Instead I bought a ceramic knitted bunny, which is pretty much the opposite of Halloween.
I picked up some Gudetama chocolate to review for SCK and it was really good, especially the dark chocolate yuzu. You can read the review here – and get 10% off!
And finally, my current favourite thing ever – snowman Pusheen! She’s so cute.
