I’m still busy making stuff so here’s a look at what I’ve finished and what I’m working on now.

needlepoint vending machine

My favourite make this month is this cute little vending machine! It’s a kit by Studiopaca that uses plastic canvas. It was a nice quick project after the Zelda tapestry and I’d like to try more plastic canvas ideas since I have a pile of it somewhere. You can read all about this on Super Cute Kawaii.

origami bird

My plans to do origami more regularly are not working out but I did make this bird as a birthday card for my dad. I followed a video by kamikey origami and I have a whole playlist of cute projects I want to try if you need some ideas too.

pop up cress garden

Not exactly crafting but still a DIY! Nicolette & I bought these dinosaur and safari pop-up cress garden kits on holiday and set them up the same time. They worked way better than we expected and looked very cute. We wrote about it on SCK too.

cute kawaii cross stitch

Now I’m back on the cross stitch as I’m reviewing a very cute book – Cute Kawaii Cross Stitch. It’s got over 400 motifs to stitch and I’m just picking out some favourites in a hoop. Probably move on to some food characters next.
