This is a rare Sunday blog post to remind you that the Glasgow Etsy Made Local market is one week away! If you’re anywhere near Glasgow next weekend, I suggest you make a note in your diary to swing by the Briggait for some excellent shopping from loads of makers.
I, of course, have made almost zero preparations yet so who knows what exciting ideas I might come up with in a week’s time? I do have a nifty new badge display which means you can pick and mix your favourites without waiting for a turn to rummage in the plastic sweets jar.
I’ll be bringing lots of products from my shop but not everything, so tweet me or leave a comment here if you’re wanting something in particular. I’ll also have a bargain box with huge discounts so I don’t have to carry any of it home.
Most of all it will be nice to meet you in person so make sure to say hello and tell me if you follow me on Instagram or anything. You can even meet my mum. And if you’re not sure how to behave at a craft market – good news! – I wrote a guide to being a good customer in our amazingly informative and amusing zine – pick up a copy now!
When and Where?
11am-4:30pm on Sunday 3rd December*
The Briggait, 141 Bridgegate, Glasgow, G1 5HZ (behind St Enoch Centre)
