asking for trouble

April Catch Up

There’s a few things I haven’t got around to blogging yet – or have posted elsewhere – so let’s catch up!

kawaii stationery

Most exciting is my new stationery! These are mini notelets and there will also be larger size writing paper and a notepad. My patrons will get them first and everything should be online by the end of the month.

The Japan Times Rilakkuma

Also pretty exciting was being interviewed by The Japan Times for a big article on Rilakkuma. Turns out I have a lot of thoughts about Rilakkuma and kawaii characters (well, I did write the book) so they got way more than they needed but the 2 quotes they used make me sound like a real kawaii expert (thank you!).

birthday presents

Over at SCK, I shared some of my cute birthday presents including Jinbe San tissue box, Rilakkuma Easter Bunnies, Pusheen and more. I have a few other things I need to photograph so look out for a recent purchases post soon. We also have a kawaii stationery giveaway with Pango and there will be a Rilakkuma one over Easter.

easter holiday

Finally, I will be taking a break over Easter so I’ll be shipping orders tomorrow (18th) and then not again until April 25th.
