5 Links I loved

  • Syd Weiler’s piece about what happened when her Trash Doves stickers went viral is such a horrifying tale and could really happen to anyone. No one deserves this sort of harassment but certainly not small artists trying to make the world a little happier.
  • This insiders’ guide to Japan’s Rugby World Cup cities has some cool suggestions, especially outside Tokyo.
  • This guide to Making Merch is full of great advice for anyone starting out with making their designs into products.
  • Cute wildlife comics by Claire Hubbard (emseeitch) from her recent art residency.
  • Design*Sponge closed recently with some really good posts. I’ve been following the blog since near the beginning so it’s been quite nostalgic.
